Joining COAL:
There are no special qualifications for membership except that you are at least 17 years of age.
You may obtain a Membership Application Form in one of 3 ways:

There is a mandatory one-time New Member Enrollment fee of $15 in addition to the annual dues, and it is not reflected in the chart below which must be included in the total mailed in with your membership form and annual dues. First year dues are prorated on a calendar year basis for new members. See the membership application form or chart below for the correct dues owed depending on the month you join, and add the $15 New Member Enrollment Fee to that.
